浸泡对煤泥可浮性影响研究

Study on the influence law of floatability of slime by soaking

摘要: 对司马矿选煤厂浮选入料进行了浸泡前后的物料性质分析,对不同浸泡时间的浮选入料进行了分步释放试验、浮选速度试验,并建立了浮选动力学模型。对相关结果进行了分析与对比,结果表明:入浮煤泥经过浸泡后,水和煤表面含氧官能团产生氢键结合,使煤泥表面发生氧化,亲水性加强,可浮性下降,浮选速率降低;同时,浸泡会使入料中的矿物质发生泥化,使细泥的夹带和罩盖现象增强,恶化浮选效果。

Abstract: The material properties of flotation feed coal slime from Sima coal plant with soaking and not were analyzed. Step by step releasing test and flotation rate test for feed coal slime with different soaking time were conducted and flotation dynamic models were built. Flotation effects with different soaking time were compared. The results showed that hydrogen bondings between water and oxygen-containing functional groups on the coal surface appeared and the coal surface was oxidized, the coal particle’s hydrophily increased but the floatability decreased. The flotation effects will get further deterioration with the strengthened entrainment and slime coating by soaking.
